The challenge...I recently joined the KCNet camera club in Clinton county. Every month they have a challenge. The rules are simple, you can submit 2 images but they have to be taken in a 4 week period thus the members are working on the same challenge at the same time. The challenge for March was zooming. This was a little difficult for me as it forced me to think outside of my comfort zone. I tend to have a realist perspective, abstract images do not come easily to me. My first thought was zooming on carnival rides, but where do you find a carnival in the dead of winter? I just bought a bag of jelly beans and immediately the idea came to me...a kaleidoscope of color with these yummy easter treats.
