Florida seashells
I just got back from a week in sunny Florida. I took this photo in the morning light hoping to beat all the tourists making their way to the beach for a day of sunbathing. I attracted some attention rushing into the water several times to rescue my shells as the ocean tried to claim them back for itself. Mostly though, several tourists stopped to ask me to take a photo of them with the ocean as a backdrop. I can't blame them though, it was a beautiful morning, clear blue skies and sea green water the tropics are so well known for. Now, I sit in my office with gray gloomy skies and a high of 50 degrees to look forward to! Well, I suppose I should be glad I'm not in Chicago where it's snowing! Happy Monday!!!
